Early reading skills in language learning have a major impact on students' comprehensive understanding of the material. This study aims to develop an interactive learning medium based on Articulate Storyline 3 for German reading skills on the theme of Schule for eleventh-grade high school students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which is specifically limited to the development stage. Data were collected through various techniques such as observations, interviews, and Likert scale validation sheets, and then analyzed descriptively using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The medium is designed according to the characteristics of A1-level beginner learners, featuring essential components like vocabulary, simple texts, images, audio, as well as interactive features such as navigation buttons and automated feedback. The evaluation by material and media experts showed a feasibility score of 98%, placing it in the "highly feasible" category (with minor revisions). This study concludes that the developed interactive medium is highly feasible for use as an alternative in German language learning, although further research is still required to determine its effectiveness in the classroom.
