PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA AJAR WEBSITE SLIDES WITH FRIEND UNTUK KETERAMPILAN MENULIS BAHASA JERMAN KELAS 12

Abstract

ABSTRACT 

German language instruction at SMAN 1 Tarik still faces challenges due to a lack of variety in teaching 

materials, causing students to easily become bored and less active in the learning process. Additionally, 

interaction between teachers and students remains limited because the materials used tend to be 

conventional. This study aims to describe the development of a web-based teaching material, “Slides 

with Friends,” on the theme of “Freizeit” to support the German writing (Schreiben) skills of 12th-grade 

students. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Borg and Gall 

development model, limited to the design revision stage. Data were collected through observation, 

interviews, documentation, and expert validation questionnaires. The results showed that the developed 

medium received a content validation score of 88%, categorized as “acceptable,” and a medium 

validation score of 90%, categorized as “highly acceptable.” Thus, “Slides with Friends” is suitable for 

use as a learning medium to support German writing skills on the theme of “Freizeit” and has the 

potential to create more interactive and innovative learning experiences.
