Road construction in Indonesia regularly uses asphalt as the main material. Asphalt is a liquid exploration with hydrocarbons as the main chemical component. Asphalt fissures can affect stability, so modifications are needed to correct the asphalt's fissure properties. In the case of a concrete mix, the use of concrete wastes can be applied to a mixture of asphalt beams which are in use more than a fine aggregate. Each of the materials in this study was tested for the fissile properties of each material. The study was conducted by producing 5 samples of the test object consisting of 2 samples for the permeability test with several approaches, one of which is the Westerman formula and 3 samples used for the Marshall test. The study resulted in permeability values that meet the AAPA specification with a sufficient infiltration speed category as well as with the increase of the percentage of asphalt permeation values decreased and Marshall characteristics could be met at the asphalt rate of 4.50% to 5.10% with the use of 50% roof tiler waste as a replacement for the rough aggregate. The results can be concluded that the wastes can effectively be used as one of the modified asphalt materials as well as a replacement for the rough aggregate in the asphalt mixture.
