The subjects used were mild mental retardation children. Analysis of research data using non-parametric statistical types "mark test".
Based on the data analysis of pre-test and post test results obtained in this study with known ZH n = 6, X = 5.5, the critical value = 5%, σ = 1.22, μ = 3. The results obtained in testing the two sides is ZH = 2.05 and compared with the Z table = ± 1.96 is ZH> Z tables, which means that Ho is rejected Ha accepted. Which showed a significant influence on fruit syrup-making skills.
