PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW DALAM UPAYA MEMPERBAIKI KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN IPS PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN BANJARTANGGUL MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw diyakini dapat memparbaiki kualitas pembelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas IV SDN Banjartanggul Mojokerto. Model pembelajaran ini membentuk kemampuan siswa untuk bekerja sama dengan kelompok atau belajar bersosialisasi dengan teman sebaya. Permasalahan dalam penulisan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah : Bagaimanakah aktivitas guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam upaya memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas IV SDN Banjartanggul Mojokerto?, Bagamianakah aktifitas belajar siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam upaya memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas IV SDN Banjartanggul Mojokerto?, Bagamanakah hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam upaya memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas IV SDN Banjartanggul Mojokerto?, Bagaimankah kendala - kendala yang muncul dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw pada siswa kelas IV SDN Banjartanggul Mojokerto. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan teknik tes, yang dilakukan tiga kali tes. Analisis data nilai rata – rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 60,97 mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II mencapai 64.72 dan pada siklus III mencapai 89.58. hasil aktifitas guru pada siklus I sebesar 61.54% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II mencapai 75% dan pada siklus III mencapai 90.38%. hasil aktifitas siswa pada siklus I mencapai 63.33%, mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II mencapai 75.39% dan pada siklus III mencapai 88.79%. Hasil penelitian tindaskan kelas ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata – rata hasil belajar siswa sehingga dapat mencapai KKM yang ditentukan sekolah. Jadi penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw dapat memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas IV SDN Banjartanggul Mojokerto.

Abstract: Application of learning models cooperatif jigsaw tipe is believed to improve the quality of teaching social knewledge in grade IV elemantary school Banjartanggul Mojokerto. This learning model to form students’ ability to work with groups or learning bersocialisasi with peers. Problems in the writing classrom action research are : How the activities of teachers in the implementation of the type of jigsaw cooperative learning model in an effert to improve the quality of teaching social knewledge in elementary school fourth grade students Banjartanggul Mojokerto?, How students learning activities in the implementation of the type of jigsaw cooperative learning model in an effert to improve the quality of teaching social knewledge in elementary school fourth grade students Banjartanggul Mojokerto?, How is student learning outcomes after  in the implementation of the type of jigsaw cooperative learning model in an effert to improve the quality of teaching social in elementary school fourth grade students Banjartanggul Mojokerto?, How can the obstacles that arise in the implementation of the type of jigsaw cooperative learning model in an effert to improve the quality of teaching social in elementary school fourth grade students Banjartanggul Mojokerto?Technique is the technique of observation and testing techniques, which do three times the test. Data analisys was the average value of student learning outcomes in the fisrts cycle 60.97 has increased on the second cycle to reach 64.72 and at 89.58 reached the third cycle. The result of teachers’ activity on the first cycle of 61.54%, an incrase on the second cycle reached 75% and the third cycle reached 90.38%. result of student activity an the first cycle reached 88.79%. The results of this action indicates an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes in order to achieve the specified KKM school. So the implementation of cooperative learning model ti improve the quality jigsaw type social lesson in fourth grade elementary school student Banjartanggul Mojokerto.
