PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN IPA TERPADU TIPE WEBBED DENGAN METODE BERMAIN PERAN PADA TEMA KEBAKARAN HUTAN UNTUK SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 1 MADIUN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, hasil belajar, dan respon siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran IPA Terpadu tipe webbed dengan metode Bermain Peran pada tema Kebakaran Hutan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah “Pra-experiment One Group Pretest and Posttest Design”. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 1 Madiun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA Terpadu tipe webbed dengan metode Bermain Peran pada tema Kebakaran Hutan telah dilaksanakan secara keseluruhan oleh guru dengan kategori sangat baik (85%). Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek kognitif meningkat secara signifikan mencapai 74% dari tingkat ketuntasan awal hanya 3%. Hasil uji-t terhadap hasil belajar aspek kognitif tersebut diperoleh t_hitung = 9,08 > t_tabel = 1,70 dengan taraf signifikasnsi α = 0,05. Sedangkan nilai hasil belajar aspek psikomotor dan aspek afektif telah mencapai kategori sangat baik. Respon siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran IPA Terpadu tipe webbed dengan metode Bermain Peran pada tema Kebakaran Hutan mencapai kategori baik dengan persentase 55% dan 45% lainnya mencapai kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the conducted learning, learning outcomes, and the students’ responses to the implementation of webbed type in integrated science’s learning with role playing method on wildfire theme. This research used Pre-experiment One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Subject of this research is E class of VIII Grade 1^st Junior High School of Madiun. The result of this research showed that integrated science’s learning webbed type with role playing method on wildfire theme has been implemented in its entirety by teacher with excellent category (85%). Completeness cognitive aspects of students’ learning outcomes increased significantly from 3% to 74%. The result of t-test for cognitive learning achievement were acquired t_count= 9,08 > t_table= 1,70 with significance level α = 0,05. While the value of psychomotor and affective learning achievement has reached category to very good. Students’ response to the implementation of webbed type in integrated science’s learning with role playing method on wildfire theme achieved good category with the percentage 55% and the other 45% achieved very good category.
