Abstract

This study discusses to explain the importance and magnitude of the Learning Method of Listening to the team with group grouping strategies on social skills of Grade X MIPA 2 students in history learning at Senior High School 1 Ngimbang Lamongan. This research uses quantitative methods and includes ex-post facto research (non-experimental research). Data analysis used simple linear regression with the equation Y = 85.801 + 0.166X. To determine the relationship between variable X and variable Y, the product moment correlation test was carried out by testing the two-party hypothesis and comparing Rcount 0.876> Rtable 0.329. These results state that there is an influence between the X variable, namely the listening team learning method with the group dynamic strategy and the Y variable, namely social skills, which proves that the listening team learning method with the group dynamics strategy has an effect and is able to improve the social skills of class X MIPA 2 students. Rcount is positive (+) and is in the receiving area of Ha so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the product moment correlation test, it is known that the correlation coefficient value is 0.876 in the GOOD category. Significant of 0.000 <0.05 means that the data is significant and has a GOOD effect. Then the influence of variable X on variable Y can be seen in the R square table summary with a value of 0.768 with the remaining 23.2% being a factor not examined in this study. So it can be concluded that the listening team learning method with a group dynamics strategy has a positive effect on students' social skills in history learning, which is 76.8%.
