Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and magnitude of the effect of the Blended Learning-based Problem Based Learning Model on students' problem solving abilities in history learning in class XI MIPA 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Babat, Lamongan. This study uses a experimental method of One-Shot Case Study Design. The instruments used in the study were the learning implementation observation sheet, the learning response questionnaire, the student performance sheet (LKPD), and the student's Problem Solving ability test. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression test, namely by conducting a two-party test (Two-Tail-Test) and comparing the value of Tcount 6.644> Ttable 2.032, meaning that there is a relationship between the two variables, so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted with a Product Moment correlation coefficient of 0.752 which is classified as strong with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so the relationship between the two variables is strong and significant, namely 56.5% with the remaining 43.5% which is a variable not examined in this study, namely student motivation in learning history that is owned by each individual.
