KESENIAN JARANAN TRI TURONGGONO BUDOYO RUKUN SANTOSO DESA RINGINREJO KECAMATAN RINGINREJO KABUPATEN KEDIRI TAHUN 1994-2019

Abstract

Developing the original culture inherited from our ancestors or Indonesian culture to create a just and prosperous society with noble character. Local wisdom that is formed in the community is a conceptual idea that lives in the community, grows and develops continuously in people's consciousness, from those related to sacred life to profane ones (daily part of life and mediocre). Indonesia's cultural diversity is a major asset to build the nation. Each region has its own uniqueness and contains local wisdom. Jaranan art in general always elevates the sacred nature of the dance besides the nature that always follows every jaranan dance, which is a magical nature, before performing a performance at the taraiannya the jaranan pawang will perform the obligatory ghoib ritual. Culture is the result of development that results from the totality of human activities, building a culture is the same as building a civilization, and will affirm the identity and character of a nation. The formula for the problems of this research are: 1) the history of the jaranan tri turonggono budoyo rukun santoso, 2) the factors that cause the jaranan dance to be of interest to the public to this day, 3) the cultivation of character in jaranan The method used by researchers is the historical research method, which has several stages, namely: Heuristics, Source Criticism, Interpretation, and Historiography or history writing. The research benefit in this research is to add tohistorical studies, especially on the benefits of jaranan art as a means of character education for the attitudes of harmony between religious communities through community culture. The results of this study explain that Jaranan art is a community entertainment show in the form of distinctive dances that have meaning in every movement. The activity of the Tri Turonggono Budoyo Rukun Santoso jaranan art group is increasingly growing with a lot of interest in the younger generation following the training held by the group. The group is able to present jaranan art beautifully. The presentation performed by the Tri Turonggono Budoyo Rukun Santoso group presented traditional dances combined with modern elements so that they were able to hypnotize the audience and added with a magical touch so that the audience felt more tense. The role of jaranan art in influencing character through the activities carried out above so that many people do not hesitate to join. The process of cultivating character does not have to be conscious or deliberate. Without realizing that the inculcation of character values will always exist in individuals or groups, education or cultivation through doctrines or advice from the community. The environment will play an important role in socializing the formation of good and bad attitudes and behavior.
