EKSISTENSI ISLAM JAWA SEBAGAI IDENTITAS KAUMAN DI DESA WISATA EDUKASI RELIGI PAKUNCEN PATIANROWO KABUPATEN NGANJUK TAHUN 2019 – 2021

Abstract

This study discusses the existence of Javanese Islam which has long been the identity of the Kauman in the Pakuncen Religious Education Tourism Village of Patianrowo. The existence of Javanese Islam in Pakuncen Village had faced ups and downs, with collaboration between actors such as the Village Government, the Al-Qomar Islamic Boarding School Foundation, the Tumenggung Kopek traditional institution, and the residents of Pakuncen Village, the existence of Javanese Islam began to be preserved again in 2019. According to Simuh, Syncretism is an attitude or view that does not question the right or wrong of a religious and cultural teaching, where they combine good elements from various religious and cultural teachings to achieve harmony and balance. In 2019-2021 the Javanese Islamic culture which became the identity of Kauman began to be maintained, preserved, and innovated into a form of developing community activities in the form of traditional ceremonies which are carried out every certain day as an effort to maintain Javanese cultural treasures and preach Islamic teachings in Pakuncen Village which has been built and preserved. The interesting thing to study is the preservation of the noble culture of Javanese Islam which is the identity of the Kauman in the Pakuncen Religious Education Tourism Village, Nganjuk Regency. This study 1) To explain the existence of Javanese Islam in the period of Kyai Nur Jalipah in 1651 Java/1792M. 2) To explain the existence of Javanese Islam in the period of RT Purwodiningrat in 1794 AD. 3) To explain the existence of Javanese Islam in the period of the Al-Qomar Foundation in 1992M. 4) To describe the existence of Javanese Islam as the identity of the Kauman in the Pakuncen Patianrowo Religious Education Tourism Village in 2019-2020. This study uses a qualitative type with historical research methods to achieve the research objectives. Historical research methods consist of heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The first stage was collecting sources, primary sources were obtained from the historical archives of the Pakuncen, the genealogical archives of KH Mberuk, interviews with Mr. Sunandir as the caretaker of the Tumenggung Kopek tomb as well as the 10th descendant of Kyai Nur Jalipah, and interviews with Mr. Lukman as the administrator of YPP Al-Qomar. Secondary sources are obtained from journals, theses, theses, dissertations, articles, and books. The next stage is verification, where the researcher compares various sources that can verify the validity of the sources. The third stage is the interpretation stage, at this stage the researcher interprets the sources that have been verified from the point of view syncretism by Simuh'sThe fourth stage is historiography, at this stage the researcher writes the results of the research that has been obtained about the existence of Javanese Islam as the identity of the Kauman in the Pakuncen Religious Education Tourism Village, Patianrowo District, Nganjuk Regency in 2019-2021. From this research, the results of the existence of Javanese Islam as Kauman Identity began to be preserved again after a long absence of existence marked by a noble culture such as traditional ceremonies that we can meet every certain day.
