Abstract

Assemblr Edu is an educational platform designed in the form of a mobile application with threedimensional features and augmented reality. Assemblr Edu as a learning media makes history learning more interactive, collaborative, and fun. Through the use of Assemblr Edu in history learning it is considered capable of increasing student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect and magnitude of the Assemblr Edu application on improving student learning outcomes in Indonesian history subjects in class XI IPS SMAN 8 Surabaya. The type of research used is Pre-experimental quantitative research using One Shoot Case Study design and sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study used a response questionnaire, posttest, observation sheet, and non-test instruments. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple regression test, namely Y = 71.036 + 0.143X. Testing the correlation between variable X and variable Y using the product moment correlation test with rcount (0.525) > rtable (0.344), which means that there is a moderate correlation. These results state that there is an influence between the two variables. The magnitude of the influence in the study can be seen from the R Square in the model summary table with a value of 0.27 or 27%. Thus, the results of data analysis indicate that the Assemblr Edu application has an effect on student learning outcomes in history learning in class XI IPS SMAN 8 Surabaya.
