Abstract

This study aims to analyze how to instill anti-corruption character education in history learning to welcome the era of society 5.0 which was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Malang City. This study will review efforts to instill character education contained in the history learning of elementary school students. SD Muhammadiyah 3 Malang City is the place where the research is held. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research technique uses a questionnaire, observation, and interviews. The research instrument used a survey and some documentation. The subjects used in this study were fourth grade students and teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Malang City. Anti-corruption character education is the inculcation of nine basic anti-corruption values that have been formulated by the corruption eradication commission (KPK), including honesty, responsibility, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, and love of knowledge. The results of the study explain that history learning planning is integrated with anti-corruption values, the strategy used by teachers is habituation and example, and the evaluation is done by assessing attitudes and testing anti-corruption educational values that are integrated with history subjects.
