PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN QR-CODE BERBASIS PROBLEM LEARNING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR RASIONAL SISWA KELAS X SMAN 3 SIDOARJO

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has made all levels of society focus on all aspects of technology. Technological developments have had a lot of influence on the learning process in Indonesia, especially on information technology, the teacher's role as a facilitator in the learning process is required to be able to create creative learning innovations according to the times so as to be able to maximize students' interest in learning and thinking skills. Utilizing information technology as a learning tool has the potential to increase students' active involvement in the learning process. One part of information technology, namely the QR-Code, QR-Code media is a container for providing easy and practical access to learning material or information. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of problem learning-based QR-Code learning media on the rational thinking skills of class X students of SMAN 3 Sidoarjo. The research method used is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental research design. The independent variable in this study is learning media QR-Code based on problem learning (X), and the dependent variable is the ability to think rationally (Y). The results showed that the percentage of the average score of the rational thinking ability test obtained by the experimental class was 82.44% of the "very good" criteria, and the percentage of the control class was 78.59% of the "good" criteria, and the value of tcount> ttable which is 4,839> 1669. So it can be concluded that there is a difference, which means that there is an influence from problem learning based QR-Code learning media on the rational thinking skills of class X students of SMAN 3 Sidoarjo.
