PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA HISTORY SORT CARD PADA PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH MATERI ASAL USUL NENEK MOYANG BANGSA INDONESIA

Abstract

History learning at Tamansiswa Mojokerto High School has a tendency to be conventional, namely learning using lecture methods or teacher-centered learning (teacher oriented). Based on the results of a pre-research questionnaire conducted on 46 students in class For this reason, innovation and creativity are needed in using learning media as a tool to convey learning material. With the right media, the history learning process will be effective and efficient.
This development research produces a feasible and practical learning media product, in the form of a card-based game (game card) which is adapted from the domino card game using a 4-D development model. of four stages, namely the stage of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Product trials were carried out at Tamansiswa High School, Mojokerto City, with 32 students in class X3 for the 2022/2023 academic year.
The feasibility of the History Sort Card learning media is carried out by validating the expert judgment consisting of material experts and media experts. Learning media is declared very feasible to use with 88% results from media experts, and 91% for material experts. The practicality of the media by students showed a positive value with a total of 77% in the "Practical" category. So from the overall analysis results it can be concluded that the History Sort Card media is feasible and practical to be implemented in learning in class X SMA.
