PERUBAHAN OSIS MENJADI PIMPINAN KOMISARIAT IPNU IPPNU DI MTS EMPAT LIMA ASSA’ADAH SAMBENG TAHUN 2012-2020

Abstract

Students really learn through their involvement in an organization, not just formal education in the classroom.
The government created the Intra School Student Organization (OSIS) to help students become one of the students'
building paths across the country. One of the educational institutions under the umbrella of LP Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama
(LP Ma’arif NU) Babat is Madrasah Tsanawiyah Four Five Assa’adah Sambeng. The school has an intra-school
organization called OSIS to carry out its duties. At this point, OSIS has changed its name to Chief of the Ipnu Ippnu
Commission. The aim of this study is to observe the dynamics of the change of the commissariat after the replacement of
the OSIS in the MTs. Research results show that these changes are driven by the wishes of all those involved in education
in schools. This change is caused by an inclusive foundation and the desire of teachers to give students an organizational
level. This commissioner's work is getting better than it was when he was an OSIS. The Commission has successfully
carried out useful activities that are in line with the needs of the school and the vision of its mission, namely education
and religion.
