PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE INTEGRATED READING AND COMPOSITION (CIRC) PADA MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL SISWA KELAS XI-4 DI SMAN 18 SURABAYA
Abstract
The objectives of the Kurikulum Merdeka emphasize learning that emphasizes the development of 21st
century skills. However, social skills as one of the 21st century skills are still not owned and mastered by most
generations, so a learning model is needed that can support social skills. For this reason, the purpose of this study is
to find the influence and calculate how much influence the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC)
learning model has on students' social skills. The subjects of this study were all students of class XI-4 SMAN 18
Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research, for the research design using the Pre-Experimental Design
method with the form of The One Shot Case Study. Data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires
related to variables X and Y, then the data was processed with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results
of the study include: 1) The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained a Sig. value of 0.000 < Sig. 0.05,
while the T_tabel value was 8.132 > T_table 2.040. Stating that there is a positive and significant influence of the
CIRC learning model on students' social skills. It is concluded that H0 is rejected, while Ha is accepted. 2) Related to
the magnitude of the influence seen in the Model Summary table in the R Square value section which shows an
acquisition of 0.681. Stating the magnitude of the influence of the CIRC learning model on students' social skills is
68.1%.
