Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap distributif dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 33 guru dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala persepsi terhadap keadilan distributif dan skala kepuasan kerja. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,402 (r=402) yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara variabel persepsi keadilan distributif dengan kepuasan kerja dimana hubungan antar variabel adalah searah. Artinya semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap keadilan distributif yang dimiliki guru, maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerjanya.
