HUBUNGAN ANTARA KESIAPAN UNTUK BERUBAH DENGAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF PADA KARYAWAN PT. MULTI INDOCITRA CABANG SIDOARJO

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesiapan untuk berubah dengan komitmen afektif pada karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan 49 karyawan sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah skala kesiapan untuk berubah dan skala komitmen afektif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil analisis antara kesiapan untuk berubah dengan komitmen afektif menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,656 (r=0,656), yang bermakna bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kesiapan untuk berubah dengan komitmen afektif. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p=0,000), hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kesiapan untuk berubah maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen afektif.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between readiness to change with affective commitment to employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. This research uses purposive sampling technique involving 49 employees as the subject of research. The research instrument used in this research is readiness to change scale and affective commitment scale. Data analysis used in this research is Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The results of analysis between readiness to change with affective commitment show a correlation coefficient of 0.656 (r = 0.656), which means that there is a relationship between readiness to change with affective commitment. Value significance of 0,000 (p = 0,000), this means that the higher the readiness to change, the higher the affective commitment.
