Hubungan Antara Pemberdayaan Psikologis Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Pada Perawat Rumah Sakit X Surabaya

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberdayaan psikologis dengan kepuasan kerja pada perawat rumah sakit X surabaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subyek berjumlah 120 perawat sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala pemberdayaan psikologis dan kepuasan kerja. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS 24.00 for windows dan untuk mencari hubungan antara dua variabel. Hasil analisis data antara kepuasan kerja dengan pemberdayaan psikologis menunjukan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,794 (r = 0,794) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p = 0,000) artinya ada hubungan antara pemberdayaan psikologis dengan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between psychological empowerment and job satisfaction in nurses at X Surabaya hospital. This research method uses quantitative research with a total of 120 nurses as research subjects. The instrument used in this study was a scale of psychological empowerment and job satisfaction. Data analysis techniques in this study used product moment correlation with the help of SPSS 24.00 for windows and to find the relationship between the two variables. The results of data analysis between job satisfaction with psychological empowerment show a correlation coefficient of 0.794 (r = 0.794) with a significant value of 0,000 (p = 0,000) meaning that there is a relationship between psychological empowerment and job satisfaction.
