HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA GURU DI PERGURUAN PENDIDIKAN NU TRATE (PPNUT) GRESIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada guru di Perguruan Pendidikan NU Trate (PPNUT) Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 136 guru di PPNUT. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepuasan kerja dan skala organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Hubungan antar variabel bersifat positif, yang artinya semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja pada guru, maka semakin tinggi pula organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Guru
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers in PPNUT Gresik. This research applies quantitative research method. The subject of this research are 136 teachers of PPNUT Gresik. This research conclude based on liniear regression analysis on job satisfaction scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale. The result revelaed that there is a positive relation between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, which means the higher job satisfaction, the higher organizational citizenship behavior is.
