HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN INTENSI TURNOVER PADA KARYAWAN RETAIL DI PT. X

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan intensi turnover pada karyawan retail di PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 87 karyawan tetap di PT. X. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa korelasi product moment. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan intensi turnover pada karyawan retail di PT. X, semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka semakin rendah intensi turnovernya dan begitu sebaliknya.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between organizational commitment with the intention of turnover on retail work at PT. X. This research used quantitative research methods. Subjects in this research as many as 87 permanent employees in PT. X. Data analysis techniques used in this study using product moment correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate the relationship between organizational commitment with the intention of turnover on retail employees at PT. X, the higher the organizational commitment the lower the intention of turnover and so otherwise.
