HUBUNGAN ANTARA EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT X

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara employee engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada perawat Rumah Sakit X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat Rumah Sakit X yang berjumlah 128. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala employee engagement dan skala organizational citizenship behavior. Data hasil penelitian ini kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil analisis antara employee engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,601 (r=0,601). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara employee engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada perawat Rumah Sakit X. Hubungan korelasi diantara keduanya bersifat positif, dimana semakin tinggi employee engagement, maka organizational citizenship behavior akan tinggi pula, dan sebaliknya jika employee engagement rendah maka organizational citizenship behavior akan rendah.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between employee engagement with organizational citizenship behavior of nurse at Horpital X. This reasearch uses a quantitative research method. The subjects of this study ere nurse of Hospital X which are 128 nurse. The instruments used ere the scale of employee engagement and scale of organizational citizenship behavior. The data from this study is analyzed using the product moment correlation test with SPSS 24.0 for windows. The result of analysis between employee engagement with organizational citizenship behavior show a correlation coefficient that is 0,601 (r=0,601). The result shows that there is a relationship between employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior of the nurse in Hospital X. The correlation between the two variables is positive which explains that the higher employee engagement, the higher organizational citizenship behavior is. On the other hand, the lower employee engagement, the lower organizational citizenship behavior is.
