Implementasi Program Latihan Unilateral Multiple Jump, Core Training, dan Speed untuk Meningkatkan Vertical Jump Atlet Akademi Voli Samator

Abstract

Kemampuan vertical jump merupakan komponen penting dalam permainan bola voli karena berkaitan langsung dengan efektivitas gerakan smash dan block. Namun, dalam pembinaan atlet remaja, peningkatan kemampuan ini sering belum optimal akibat program latihan yang masih bersifat umum dan kurang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh program latihan yang mengintegrasikan unilateral multiple jump, core training, dan speed terhadap peningkatan vertical jump atlet Akademi Voli Samator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest–posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 23 atlet, dengan program latihan yang dilaksanakan selama 8 minggu (24 sesi). Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan tes vertical jump, sedangkan analisis data meliputi uji deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata vertical jump dari 65,74 cm menjadi 69,91 cm, dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 4,17 cm. Uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal (p > 0,05), dan hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara tes awal dan tes akhir (p < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program latihan yang mengombinasikan unilateral multiple jump, core training, dan speed efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan vertical jump atlet. Program ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif metode latihan dalam pembinaan fisik bola voli, khususnya untuk meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai.
