Abstract

ABSTRACT
In establishing inclusive education, a teacher was a component influencing so much toward the success achievement of learning result of special need students. The different education area they belonged emerged different perception about the establishing inclusive education. This research had purpose to describe the class and special education teachers’ perception toward establishing inclusive education suitable with the education area in Blitar regency.
The kind of this research was descriptive qualitative with the subject class teachers and special education teachers in inclusive school Blitar regency. The data collection techniques used was interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data collected through interview was then analyzed through reduction step, presenting, and concluding.
The result based on classroom teachers and special education teachers can be concluded that there is 60% of teachers set S1 education of primary teachers, 25% S1 civic education, english 5%, 5% physical education and other secondary school. Teachers who expressed a positive perception of the implementation of inclusive education which is 20% of teachers who set high and secondary education as well as aged 25 to 33 years. While the teachers who expressed a negative perception that 80% of teachers of higher education background and aged 35 to 60 years.
