Pendekatan Proyek Terhadap Hasil Belajar Konsep Energi Pada Anak Tunarungu Kelas II Di SDLB
The education of hearing impairment children, especially in intellectual ability, had difficulty in understanding a concept especially energy concept. The approach of project learning trained and accustomed the hearing impairment children to be competent to think and autonomous in solving a problem and also assignment meaningfully.
This research purpose was to enhance the learning result of energy concept to hearing impairment children through project approach. This research method used quantitative approach with pre experiment kind and the arrangement of “One Group Pretest – posttest Design”. The data collection used test technique and the data analysis used statistic non parametric with “sign-level test” Wilcoxon match pairs test with the level of critic value 5%.
The result of data analysis obtained was Zh greater than Z table i.e. 2,20 > 1,96 so that Ho was refused and Ha was accepted. It meant there was influence of using project approach toward learning result of energy concept to the second class of hearing impairment children in SDLB B-C Fajar Harapan Surabaya. The conclusion was the learning result of energy concept to the second class in SDLB B-C Fajar Harapan Surabaya had enhancement after using project approach.
