MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK TALK WRITE (TTW) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL BAGIAN-BAGIAN TUMBUHAN BAGI SISWA TUNANETRA
The blind had disorder in the subject matter of Science about recognizing parts of plantation, the blind children required innovative and creative learning model one of them was learning model of think talk write (TTW). Learning model of TTW was learning model which was started from thinking activity, talking (communicating), and writing.
This research purpose was to know whether there was influence of learning model of think talk write (TTW) toward recognizing parts of plantation ability to the blind students in SLB-A ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo or not. The research method used was quantitative method with pre-experiment arrangement and One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data was collected by test and documentation techniques. The technique of data analysis used was statistic non parametric with n = 6 and α = 5% and was processed by Sign test formula.
The research result indicated that the result of pretest average value was 30 and posttest was 90. The result of data analysis indicated that Zh value (2,05) and Z table 5% (1,96), so the interpretation was Zh > Zt. It could be concluded that Ha was accepted it meant that there was influence of learning model of think talk write (TTW) toward recognizing parts of plantation ability to the blind students in SLB-A ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo.
