Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan cara guru mengidentifikasi anak disleksia, kerjasama dalam membuat program penanganan, dan strategi guru dalam menangani anak disleksia.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tahapan penelitian ini dimulai dengan menentukan fokus, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data dengan teknik interactive model milik Miles dan Huberman, menentukan dan memilih perlengkapan penelitian, pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik, dan memberikan hasil laporan.

Temuan penelitian ini menghasilkan: (1) Guru sudah dapat mengidentifikasi anak disleksia melalui proses pembelajaran. (2) Kerjasama antar pihak sekolah dan orang tua terjalin mulai dari awal masuk sekolah. (3) Anak disleksia tidak diberikan media dan metode pembelajaran khusus, anak disleksia diberikan waktu tambahan dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya. Penanganan anak disleksia tidak dibedakan dengan anak reguler pada umumnya.

Kata Kunci: Penanganan, Anak Disleksia.

The objective of this research is to describe how teachers identify dyslexic children, how they collaborate to formulate treatment programs and their strategies in handling dyslexic children.

The method used in this research is the qualitative descriptive method. The procedure of this research starts with determining focus, collecting data, analyzing data using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model technique, determining and selecting research attributes, evaluating data validity using triangulation of sources and techniques, and reporting the result of the research.

This research gives the result as follows: (1) Teacher have been able to identify dyslexic children through the teaching and learning process. (2) The collaboration between school and parents has been formed since the first day of school. (3) Dyslexia children were not given special learning media and methods, dyslexic children were given additional time to finish their school tasks. Treatments for dyslexia children were not differentiated from regular children generally.
