KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA PEMAHAMAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE NATURAL BERMEDIA CERITA BERGAMBAR PADA SISWA TUNARUNGU KELAS II SDLB
Abstract
ABTSRACT : Hearing impairment children had obstacle in speech development so they required learning method which was suitable with their ability. Therefore, hearing impairment students required enhancing reading comprehension skill by using natural method with picture story media. The problem formulation in this treatment research i.e. whether natural method with picture story media could enhance reading comprehension skill to the second class of hearing impairment students in SDLBN Sugihwaras or not. The purpose of this class treatment research was to describe the learning result enhancement of reading comprehension skill by using natural method with picture story media to the second class of hearing impairment students in SDLBN Sugihwaras Bojonegoro.
The research design applied class treatment by using collection data technique was oral test. Based on the finding result in class treatment research on cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III in learning reading comprehension by using picture story media through natural method the students’ value in learning reading comprehension got enhancement. The score on cycle I was 48,8% , cycle II was 71,3%, and cycle III was 74,7% and the enhancement happened on cycle I to cycle II, 22,5% and cycle I to cycle III, 25,9% so the learning activity had reached complete study or exceeded KKM which had decided by the school i.e. 70%.
The conclusion was that there was enhancement reading comprehension skill by using natural method with picture story media to the second class of hearing impairment students SDLB Negeri Sugihwaras Bojonegoro.
