                     Language constitutes functioning communication device to pass on think well word-of-mouth and also written. Language also principal communication device personation in human life.  Language constitutes a period one always be faced by autis's child. One of the ways to help settles about problem that researcher utilizes visual's media (image) to lexicon mastery ability autis's child at SLB Arya Satya hati Pasuruan's City. To the effect of observational it is subject to be know to mark sense influence media purpose influence visual (image) to lexicon mastery on autis's child .

                            This research utilize quantitative approaching, design experimental pre ,  one is pretest posttest design's group.  Technics data collecting utilizes tech essay and documentation whereas analisis data utilizes nonparametrik's statistic. Hereafter data dianalisis utilizes sign quiz formula( sign is test ).

The results showed that an increase in value at the time of the pretest was 63 to 72

                            Result observationaling to point out that marks sense point step-up upon pretest  are 63 become 72 at the moment posttest.  Z. table 5% on examination two flank are 1,96. Acquired Zh point 2,05 .  So gets to be concluded that there is influence which signifikan visual's media (image) to autis's child lexicon after utilize visual's media (image) at SLB Arya Satya hati Pasuruan's City.
