Pengaruh Penggunaan Model Project Based Learning Bermedia Video terhadap Keterampilan Memasak Puding Buah bagi Siswa Tunagrahita Ringan SMPLB di SLB Purna Yuda Bhakti Surabaya

Keterampilan memasak perlu dikembangkan untuk kemandirian siswa tunagrahita ringan. Permasalahan ini ditemui oleh peneliti di SLB Purna Yuda Bhakti Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model Project Based Learning bermedia video terhadap keterampilan memasak puding buah bagi siswa tunagrahita ringan jenjang SMPLB. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini berdesain one group pre-test post-test dan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes perbuatan dan tes tulis dengan teknik analisis data melalui uji Wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) 0,028 ≤ 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan penggunaan model Project Based Learning bermedia video terhadap keterampilan memasak puding buah bagi siswa tunagrahita ringan SMPLB di SLB Purna Yuda Bhakti Surabaya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah model Project Based Learning bermedia video dapat meningkatkan keterampilan memasak puding buah siswa tunagrahita ringan khususnya mengenali alat dan bahan, memasak puding, hingga menyusun potongan buah. Model Project Based Learning bermedia video dapat digunakan sebagai referensi pembelajaran keterampilan memasak puding buah yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan memberikan pengalaman baru.

Cooking skills need to be developed for the independence of students with mild intellectual disability. This Problem was found by the researcher at SLB (Special School) Purna Yuda Bhakti Surabaya. The purpose if this research is to prove whether or not there is an effect of Project Based Learning model with video media on the skill of making fruit pudding for students with mild intellectual disability in SMPLB (Special Junior High School). Using the quantitative study, the design of this research is one group pre-test post-test and using Wilcoxon test. The data gathering method is carried out by deed test and written test with data analysis techniques through Wilcoxon test using SPSS 26. The result of this research show the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) 0,028 ≤ 0,05. According to the result of the study there has been significant effect of using Project Based Learning Model with video media on the skill of making fruit pudding to the students with mild intellectual disability SMPLB (Special Junior High School) of SLB Purna Yuda Bhakti Surabaya. The implication of this study is that Project Based Learning model with video media can improve mild intellectual disability especially recognize tools, cook pudding, to pieces of fruit. A Project Based Learning model with video media can be used as reference to learning skills in cooking pudding that can increase learning motivation and giving new experiences.
