PENGARUH PENERAPAN ANALISIS TUGAS BERMEDIA VIDEO TUTORIAL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MERAWAT DIRI ANAK TUNAGRAHITA SEDANG

Perawatan diri saat menstruasi penting bagi anak tunagrahita sedang, untuk mendukung kesehatan dan kemandirian mereka. Siswa tunagrahita sedang mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan pembalut secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan teknik analisis tugas bermedia video tutorial terhadap kemampuan merawat diri, khususnya dalam memakai pembalut, pada siswa tunagrahita sedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen SSR (Single subject research) desain A-B. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes perbuatan pada dua fase: baseline (A) dan intervensi (B). Data dianalisis menggunakan Percentage of Non-overlapping Data (PND), yang menunjukkan nilai PND sebesar 100% yaitu nilai keseluruhan intervensi berada di atas nilai tertinggi fase baseline. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif pada kemampuan siswa dalam memakai pembalut secara mandiri setelah diterapkan intervensi analisis tugas bermedia video tutorial. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan analisis tugas bermedia video tutorial berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan merawat diri pada anak tunagrahita sedang. implikasi hasil penelitian yaitu analisis tugas bermedia video tutorial berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan merawat diri anak tunagrahita sedang. teknik ini membantu guru memberikan pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan mudah dipahami, serta dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran mandiri baik di sekolah maupun di rumah.

Abstract
Menstrual self-care is important for adolescent girls, including children with moderate disabilities, to support their health and independence. The results of observations at SLB Al-Azhar showed that a student with moderate disabilities had difficulty in using sanitary napkins independently. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of task analysis techniques with video tutorial media on improving self-care skills, especially in using sanitary napkins, for a student with moderate deafness. This study used a quantitative approach, experimental research type in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) using A-B design. Data were collected through observation and action tests in two phases: baseline (A) and intervention (B). The data analysis technique used is Percentage of Non-overlapping Data (PND), which shows a PND value of 100%, namely the overall value of the intervention is above the highest value of the baseline phase. The results showed a positive influence on students' ability to wear sanitary napkins independently after the application of task analysis intervention with video tutorial media. It can be concluded that the application of task analysis with video tutorial media has an effect on self-care skills in moderate deaf children. the implication of this study is that the application of task analysis with video tutorial media has a positive effect on the self-care skills of moderate deaf children. te
