Pentingnya pendidikan jasmani adaptif dalam mendukung siswa berkebutuhan khusus, khususnya siswa tunagrahita ringan, untuk meningkatkan aktivitas fisik mereka dan dirancang secara khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan setiap individu siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Siswa dengan disabilitas intelektual sering mengalami kesulitan dalam berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan fisik, sehingga diperlukan program yang terstruktur untuk membantu mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh pendidikan jasmani adaptif terhadap aktivitas fisik siswa tunagrahita ringan di SLB Negeri Cerme. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimen, khususnya One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari delapan siswa tunagrahita ringan dari kelas 10 SMA. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes kebugaran jasmani yang mencakup lari 30 meter, sit up, vertical jump, pull up, dan lari 600 meter. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aktivitas fisik siswa setelah diterapkan pendidikan jasmani adaptif berdasarkan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,01. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini yaitu pendidikan jasmani adaptif dapat menjadi strategi dalam meningkatkan aktivitas fisik siswa tunagrahita ringan. Guru dapat menggunakannya sebagai intervensi harian guna mendukung proses aktivitas fisik siswa tunagrahita ringan.

Abstract
The importance of adaptive physical education in supporting students with special needs, especially students with mild disabilities, to increase their physical activity and is specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual student with special needs. Students with intellectual disabilities often have difficulty participating in physical activities, so a structured program is needed to help them. The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of adaptive physical education on the physical activity of mildly disabled students at SLB Negeri Cerme. This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experiment design, specifically the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects consisted of eight mildly retarded students from the 10th grade. Data collection methods were carried out through physical fitness tests which included 30-meter run, sit up, vertical jump, pull up, and 600-meter run. Data analysis techniques used quantitative techniques. The results showed a significant increase in students' physical activity after the implementation of adaptive physical education based on the value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.01. The implication of the results of this study is that adaptive physical education can be a strategy in increasing the physical activity of mildly disabled students. Teachers can use it as a daily intervention to support the physical activity process of mildly disabled students.
