PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO TUTORIAL MEMBUAT CIRENG RUJAK FROZEN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KETERAMPILAN VOKASIONAL PESERTA DIDIK DISABILITAS INTELEKTUAL

Keterampilan vokasional penting untuk membekali peserta didik disabilitas intelektual agar mampu hidup mandiri, salah satunya melalui pembelajaran tata boga. Namun, keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik belajar mereka membuat proses pembelajaran belum berjalan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video tutorial membuat cireng rujak frozen sebagai media pembelajaran vokasional dan mendeskripsikan kevalidan serta kepraktisannya dalam mendukung pembelajaran di SLB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang dibatasi pada tahap analisis, desain, dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian melibatkan validator ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi (guru). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan persentase 87,5% (sangat layak), ahli media 80% (layak), dan praktisi 95% (sangat layak). Media video tutorial dinyatakan valid dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran vokasional. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media ini membantu peserta didik memahami langkah kerja secara visual dan mandiri. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis video tutorial dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang inklusif, fleksibel, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan siswa berkebutuhan khusus, serta dapat dikembangkan untuk keterampilan vokasional lainnya secara digital dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Vocational skills are important to equip students with intellectual disabilities to live independently, one of which is through culinary learning. However, the limitations of learning media that are in accordance with their learning characteristics make the learning process not running optimally. This research aims to develop a video tutorial for making cireng rujak frozen as a vocational learning media and describe its validity and practicality in supporting learning in SLB. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which is limited to the analysis, design, and development stages. The research subjects involved material expert validators, media experts, and practitioners (teachers). The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the material expert validation showed a percentage of 87.5% (very feasible), media experts 80% (feasible), and practitioners 95% (very feasible). The video tutorial media was declared valid and practical to use in vocational learning. It can be concluded that this media helps students understand the work steps visually and independently. The implication of this research shows that video tutorial-based media can be an alternative learning that is inclusive, flexible, and adaptive to the needs of students with special needs, and can be developed for other vocational skills in a digital and sustainable manner.
