Fine motoric ability to mid mentally retardation children be generally had hindrance therefore it requird finishing, in SLB Negeri Saronggi Sumenep there were some mid mentally retardation children be in the second class having hindrance to their fine motoric ability i.e holding, moving, turning over and turning around things. This research intent to know marks sense art purpose influence origami to fine motorik ability mentally retardation children be in SLB Negeri Saronggi Sumenep.
The approach used in the research wwas quantitative, pre experiment kind with “one group pre-test post-test design”. Its research sample is mentally retardation children be in the second class having in SLB Negeri saronggi Sumenep total 6 children. The data collection method used test and observation while the data analysis technique used statistic non parametric with “sign test” formula.
From the research result the pre test average was 38 and the post test average was 57. Ho was refused and Ha was accepted so that there was significant influence of using origami art toward fine motoric ability of mid mentally retardation children be in SLB Negeri Saronggi Sumenep. (ZH = 2,05 > ZT = 1,96 to significant level 5%)
