PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS (STAD) TEMA KEGIATAN SEHARI-HARI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS II SDN KRIAN IV SIDOARJO

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran tematik mempunyai arti penting dalam membangun kompetensi peserta didik. Pembelajaran tematik lebih menekankan pada keterlibatan siswa secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga siswa dapat memperoleh pengalaman langsung dan terlatih untuk dapat menemukan sendiri pengetahuan dan pengalamannya sesuai yang dipelajarinya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah penelitian awal dan pelaksanaan tindakan. Pada pelaksanaan tindakan terhadap 4 tahapan yang harus dilakukan yaitu (1) perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) pengamatan dan evaluasi, (4) analisis dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN Krian IV Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 30 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta tes hasil belajar.Pada kegiatan pembelajaran aktivitas guru mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I dan siklus II. Pada siklus I aktivitas guru mencapai 63,4% dan pada siklus II aktivitas guru mencapai 86,5%. Sedangkan aktivitas siswa pada siklus I mencapai 64% dan siklus II aktivitas siswa mencapai 85%. Data hasil tes siswa pada siklus I mencapai 66,7% dan pada siklus II mencapai 86,7%.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa serta hasil tes siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD.

Abstract: Thematic learning has significance in building competence of learners. Thematic learning more emphasis on engaging students actively in the learning process, so that students can gain hands-on experience and are trained to be able to find their own knowledge and experience appropriate studies. This research is classroom action research. The procedure of this study is the beginning of the study and implementation of the action. In the implementation of the action against the four steps that must be done : (1 ) planning , ( 2 ) the implementation of the action , ( 3 ) observation and evaluation , ( 4 ) analysis and reflection . Subjects in this study were second grade students of SDN Krian IV Sidoarjo , amounting to 30 students . Data collection techniques using observational methods teacher and student activities , as well as the achievement test .In the learning activities of teachers increased activity of the first cycle and second cycle . In the first cycle of teacher activity reached 63.4 % and the second cycle of teacher activity reached 86.5 % . While the activities of students in the first cycle was 64 % and the second cycle of student activity reached 85 % . Test data of students in the first cycle reaches 66.7 % and the second cycle reaches 86.7 % . This study showed that the activity of the teacher and student activities and student test results has increased after application of learning by using STAD cooperative learning model.
