MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR TEMA EKONOMI MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE SISWA KELAS III SDN NGULANAN 2 BOJONEGORO

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran sepenuhnya masih berpusat pada guru, metode – metode yang sering digunakan adalah metode ceramah sehingga membuat peserta didik jenuh dan akibatnya hasil belajar masih rendah.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memaparkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang meliputi aktivitas guru dan siswa, hasil belajar siswa, dan kendala – kendala yang terjadi serta solusi selama model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas.Rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas yang digunakan terdiri dari 2 siklus.Data penelitian diperoleh melalui lembar observasi guru dan siswa, tes hasil belajar, dan catatan lapangan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar 70,53% dan siklus II 81,69%. Aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran siklus I memperoleh 71,42% dan pada siklus II 85,71%. Selain itu hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan, presentase keberhasilan pada siklus I sebesar 74,19% dan pada siklus II 93,54%. Kendala yang terjadi pada siklus I dapat diatasi dengan baik pada siklus II.Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) pada pembelajaran tematik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III SDN Ngulanan 2 Bojonegoro.

Abstract: The learning that completely still teacher oriented, methods that often applied was lecture method so it made student bored and causing low learning result. The purpose of this research were to describe the implementation of learning that consisted of teacher and student activities, student learning result, and problems that experienced and its solutions during learning by applying of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS). This research was classroom action research. The design of classroom action research that applied consisted of two cycles. Research data obtained from teacher and student observation sheets, learning result test, and field notes. Research result showed there were improvements from first cycle to second cycle. Teacher activity on first cycle as big as 70,53% and second cycle 81,69%. Student activity on first cycle as big as 71,42% and second cycle 85,71%. Beside, student learning result also experienced onprovement, achievement percentage on first cycle as big as 74,19% and second cycle 93,54. Problems that happeedn on first cycle can be solved well on second cycle. From those result it was concluded that by applying of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS) on thematic learning was improve student learning result on students of class III SDN Ngulanan 2 Bojonegoro.
