PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KARTU KATA DALAM MENYUSUN KALIMAT SEDERHANA SISWA KELAS II SDN SIDODADI II / 154 SURABAYA

Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru wali kelas II SDN Sidodadi II / 154 Surabaya, menunjukkan bahwa siswa belum mampu dalam menyusun kalimat sederhana. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa yaitu sebesar 60% belum mencapai KKM yang ditetapkan 75. Hal itu disebabkan oleh proses pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru dan cara mengajar guru yang bersifat konvensional. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, maka alternatif, pemecahan masalah yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan media kartu kata. Melalui media kartu kata perhatian siswa lebih terfokus pada proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I, pembelajaran telah terlaksana 100 % dengan nilai ketercapaian 63,75. Sedang pada siklus II pembelajaran juga telah terlaksana 100 % dengan nilai ketercapaian yang mengalami peningkatan menjadi 81,25. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah sebanyak 72 %, siswa belum tuntas belajar mencapai nilai KKM yaitu 75. Pada siklus II, meningkat sebanyak 92 %, siswa tuntas belajar nilai melebihi KKM 75. Kendala pada saat siklus I seperti ada beberapa anak bingung dengan penjelasan guru tentang apa yang harus dia lakukan, telah  dapat teratasi dengan cara guru menjelaskan ulang sambil berkeliling ke tiap–tiap kelompok. Sedang pada siklus II, kendala yang muncul adalah lingkungan luar kelas yang ramai karena ada kegiatan ekstakurikuler samroh, juga telah dapat diatasi melalui bimbingan dan arahan guru yang ektra terhadap anak didik serta pemindahan ke ruang kelas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media kartu kata dapat meningkatkan menyusun kalimat sederhana siswa kelas II SDN Sidodadi II / 154 Surabaya.

Abstract: Based on interviews with the homeroom teacher of second grade students of Sidodadi II / 154 Surabaya, indicate that students have not been able to formulate a simple sentence. It can be seen from the results of student learning in the amount of 60 %  has not been reached MGC ( Minimum Graduate Competention ) set 75. It is caused by the process of teacher-centered learning and the way teachers teach is conventional. To solve this problem, then the alternative, solving problems is by using the word card media. Through the medium of word cards student focused attention on the learning process.The results showed that in the first cycle , the learning has been done 100 % by value attainment 63.75. Being in the second cycle of learning has also been implemented 100 % by value attainment which increased to 81.25. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle is as much as 72 %, the student has not been thoroughly studied reached MGC ( Minimum Graduate Competention )  75. In the second cycle, students who pass the study reached 92 %. Constraints during the first cycle as there are some kids confused with the teacher's explanation about what he should do, have to be resolved with the teacher explaining again while driving around to each group. Being in the second cycle, problems were encountered outside the classroom environment that is crowded because there samroh ekstakurikuler activity, has also been addressed through guidance and direction to the extra teachers and transfer students to the classroom .Based on the analysis of data, it can be concluded that the use of said media card can increase construct simple sentences second grade students of Sidodadi Second Elementary School II / 154 Surabaya.
