PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MENERAPKAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstrak:Proses pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar menunjukkan masih banyak siswa yang mendapatkan nilai dibawah standar yang ditentukan. Hal ini terjadi karena guru tidak menggunakan media dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajar siswa menjadi rendah Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Proses dan langkah-langkah penelitian ini dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan tes. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar 80,1% dan siklus II sebesar 83,3%, aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 81,2% dan siklus II 84,4%. Hasil belajar nilai kognitif mereka pada siklus I sebesar 79,4% dan siklus II sebesar 82,3% dan nilai afektif siklus I sebesar 77,8% dan siklus II sebesar 84,3%. Hasil tersebut telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan penelitian yaitu 80% dan telah mengalami kenaikan pada setiap siklusnya. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas V menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas guru, siswa, dan hasil belajar mereka.

Abstract: The process of learning science at elementary school is still showing a lot of students who still have values below the specified standard. This is due to theaches not using the media in the learning process so that students low. This research is an action class research that conducted in two cycles. The process and steps of this research starts from the stage of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data obtained from observations and tests. Data analysis was performed by descriptive qualitative research.The results showed that the activity of teacher in the I cycle by 80,1% and 83,3% for the second cycle, the activity of the student at 81,2% and 84,4% for the second cycle. Student learning cognitive outcomes at the I cycle by 79,4% and 82,3% for the scond cycle and affective outcomes at the I cycle by 77,8% and 84,3% for the second cycle. These results have been achieved indicator of research success is 80% and uncreased in each cycle. Thus, the use of audio-visual medium in learning science in V^st class elementary school showed increased on activity of teachers, students,and them learning outcomes.
