PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KUBUS SATUAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA TENTANG VOLUME KUBUS DAN BALOK PADA PELAJARAN MATAMATIKA KELAS V SDN BUBUTAN III/71 SURABAYA

Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan hasil temuan yang di lakukan peneliti dalam proses pembelajaran matematika  di kelas V SDN Bubutan III/71 di jumpai permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran tentang materi valome kubus dan balok yaitu I.Siswa kurang aktif untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran. II. Hasil ulangan harian siswa pada materi volume kubus dan balok menunjukkqn bahwa 20 siswa 57% menunjukkan nilai di bawah KKM yaitu 63. Dari masalah tersebut, penyebabnya adalah:  1. Guru menjelaskan materi dengan menggunakan methode pembelajaran ceramah. Tertulis di papan tulis.Serta memberi soal-soal dengan jumlah yang banyak.  2. Guru tidak menggunakan media dan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi.  3. Siswa  diajak untuk berfikir secara abstrak sedangkan siswa masih belum paham. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan   hasil belajar siswa tentag materivolume kubus dan balok pada kelas V aktifitas guru, aktifitas siswa dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan methode penilaian langsusng. Kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas atas dua siklus dimana satu siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penggunaan media kubus satuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dapat meningkatkan aktifitas guru dan aktifitas siswa serta hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran volume kubus dan balok sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktifitas guru, aktifitas siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika materi volume kubus dan balok. Pada siklus 1 aktifitas guru mendapatkan prosentase 65% aktifitas siswa mendapatkan prosentase 66,25% rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mendapatkan 73,37, sedangkan ketuntasan belajar siswa mendapatkan prosentase 73,91% pasa siklus II aktifitas guru mendapakan prosentase 86,88% aktifitas siswa mendapatkan prosentase 85,25% rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mendapatakn 79,46% sedangkan ketuntasan belajar siswa mendapatkan prosentase 91/30%. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan media kubus satuan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tentang volume kubus dan balok pada pelajaran matematika kelas V SDN Bubutan III-71, aktifitas guru, aktifitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa.

This study used assessment method langsusng. Qualitative research design class action on two cycles where one cycle consisted of two meetings. The results showed that through the use of media cube units to improve student learning outcomes. Can increase the activity of the teacher and student activity and student learning outcomes in study volume cubes and blocks so as to increase the activity of the teacher, the student activities in learning mathematics matter volume cubes and blocks.
