Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara keseluruhan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Tuban terkait sistem penilaian kurikulum 2013, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru dalam penguasaan sistem penilaian K-13 di Kabupaten Tuban. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif komparatif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah SDN Kebonsari I, SDN Latsari dan Wotsogo I Kabupaen Tuban. Responden pada penelitian ini merupakan guru kelas di masing-masing sekolah induk kluster dan juga pihak LPMP Jawa Timur. Pengambilan data dilalkukan melalui teknik observasi, waawancara dan dokumentasi Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di sekolah induk kluster memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda-beda terkait kemampuan inteligensi dan pelaksanaan kegiatan penilaian K-13. Selain itu, guru-guru di sekolah induk kluster juga memiliki faktor pendukung dan penghambat penguasaan sistem penilaian yang berbeda-beda pula.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan guru, sekolah dasar, sistem penilaian, kurikulum 2013
AbstractThe research has purpose to describes overall capacity of elementary school teachers in Tuban Regency related to the 2013 curriculum assessment system as well as teacher support and inhibiting factors in the control of K-13 assessment system in Tuban Regency. The research uses qualitative approach with comparative descriptive method. The location of this research is SDN Kebonsari I, SDN Latsari and Wotsogo I Kabupaen Tuban. Respondents in this research were classroom teachers in each of the cluster parent schools and LPMP East Java. The data is collected through observation technique, interview and documentation. Data are analyzed by Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. The results of this research indicate that teachers in cluster parnt schools have different abilities related to intelligence capability and in the implementation of K-13 assessment activities. In addition, teachers in the cluster master schools also have supporting factors and inhibitors of different judgment schemes as well.Keywords: Ability of teacher, elementary school, appraisal system, curriculum 2013
