Abstract

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru siswa dan hasil belajar IPS menggunakan model Time Token Arends. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru mengalami peningkatan dengan persentase siklus I 75% dan siklus II 89%. Pelaksanaan pembeajaran yang dilakukan siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan persentase siklus I 74 % dan siklus II 87,5%. Dan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 71,42% menjadi 90,4% pada siklus II. hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Time Token Arends untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS mampu meningkatkan keaktifan guru, keaktifan siswa, dan hasil belajar klasikal siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Slempit Kedamean Gresik.

Abstract

The research is aimed to desribe the raising of implementation of lerning by teacher activity, and student activity, and student learning results in social studies using the learning models of time token arends. The type of this research is Classroom Action research. Subject of research is teacher and IV grade students. The research was showed that implementation of lerning by teacher activity increased to 75% in cycle I and 89% in cycle II. Implementation of learning by students activity was increased to 74% in cycle I and 87,5% in cycle II. And the learning results in the cycle I is 71,42% and 90,4% in cycle II. Based on the results of this research, it can be condlude that the application of learning models of Time Token Arends in social studies were able to improve the activity for teacher, the activity for students, and the learning result of classical completeness of the fifth grader students of SDN 2 Slempit Kedamean Gresik.
