A number of educational institutions ranging from kindergarten, junior high school until senior high school have closed teaching and learning activities as an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. So that a number of learning processes at home with material from educational institutions have been carried out in accordance with the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture which is then referred to as e-learning. Baitul Fattah Islamic Elementary School, Surabaya, including institutions that have implemented e-learning. E-learning or electronic learning is a method of distance learning that utilizes technological tools in the form of the internet (via the Zoom application). The e-learning method is expected to be able to effectively support the implementation of the learning process and increase the absorption of the material taught, especially in cognitive and affective aspects. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of e-learning learning in terms of cognitive and affective aspects in grade 4 students of Islamic Baitul Fattah Elementary School Surabaya.
This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research instrument uses a questionnaire with a linkert scale. The number of research samples is 40 students in grade 4 Islamic Baitul Fattah Elementary School Surabaya. Analysis of the data in this study used the P-P normality standardized residual regression test, validity and reliability tests, whereas to test the research hypotheses using the mean equation technique using the range of values ??as a conclusion. The results found the value of the effectiveness score of E-Learning on cognitive aspects was 3.61> 2.33 and the affective grade 4 students of Islamic Baitul Fattah Elementary School Surabaya 2.39> 2.33 then the hypothesis was accepted, namely E-Learning on cognitive aspects and affective students of grade 4 Islamic elementary school Baitul Fattah Surabaya effectively.
