PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA ARTICULATE STORYLINE 3 PADA IPS TEMA 5 KELAS 4 SDN BENOWO III SURABAYA

Abstract

Pada tingkat sekolah dasar, seringkali siswa kesulitan dalam memahami mata pelajaran yang memiliki banyak pokok bahasan salah satunya IPS Siswa merasa bosan karena harus menghafal materi pada pembelajaran IPS. Salah satunya ialah materi Kerajaan Hindu Buddha dan Islam di Indonesia terdapat pada tema 5 kelas IV. Adanya pembelajaran daring akibat pandemic COVID 19 juga semakin membuat siswa sulit dalam memahami karena keterbatasan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Sehingga, peneliti mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline 3. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian pengembangan ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media, menjelaskan validitas beserta keefektifan media interaktif Articulate Storyline 3 terhadap materi Kerajaan Hindu, Buddha dan Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menerapkan model ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahap penelitian. Kevalidan dari media interaktif Articulate Storyline 3 ditentukan berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Hasil validasi media memperoleh persentase sebesar 92,5% dan dikategorikan sangat valid. Sementara hasil validasi materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 94,44% yang juga dikategorikan sangat valid. Keefektifan media ini dilihat dari ketuntasan hasil pretest dan postest siswa yang menunjukkan persentase nilai 90% sangat tuntas Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media interaktif Articulate Storyline 3 materi Kerajaan Hindu, Buddha dan Islam di Indonesia pada tema 5 Kelas IV layak untuk digunakan.

In the elementary school, some student has difficult to understanding a subjects who has a lot of topics. For example Social Science. The students are frequently bored when learning social science because they must memorize some topics. It is like Hinduist, Buddhist and Islamic Kingdoms in Indonesia which are contained in theme 5 for 4th grade. But, online learning caused by the current Covid 19 make students more difficult to understanding the subjects matter due to limited learning media. For this reason, researches try to develop a new interactive media based on Articulate Storyline 3. The purpose of this research to describe the process of media development, analyzie the validity and knowing the effectiveness about interactive media based on Articulate Storyline 3. This research also using 5 steps of ADDIE models. The validity of interactive media will known from media and material validation. The results showed that interactive media based on Articulate Storyline 3 was very valid with percentage 92,5% media validation and 94,44% for material validation. While the results of pretest posttest to measure the effectiveness media has percentage 90%. After all, the conclusion is interactive media based on Articulate Storyline 3 with Hinduist, Buddhist, and Islamic Kingdom in Indonesia material in theme 5 for 4th grade, valid and effective to use.
