PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN AUDIO PODCAST NARASI MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI ANCHOR UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN MENYIMAK TEKS FIKSI DI KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh adanya kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia khusunya materi menyimak teks fiksi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh, guru dalam pembelajaran hanya menggunakan metode ceramah  dan kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian pengembangan media yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektivan media pembelajaran audio podcast narasi untuk pembelajaran menyimak teks fiksi. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Borg and Gall dengan enam langkah-langkah prosedurnya yaitu, potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain media, validasi media, revisi media, uji coba media. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V MI Ar-Rohman Bangah. Validasi dilakukan oleh para ahli dengan hasil 83,3% dari ahli materi dan 84% dari ahli media, sehingga media dikategorikan menjadi sangat valid. Kepraktisan media diperoleh dari hasil respon guru kelas dengan skor 91,6% dan respon siswa dengan skor 96,5% media ini dikategorikan sangat praktis. Sedangkan keefektivan media diperoleh dari perbandingan nilai pretest dan posttest, skor yang diperoleh mencapai 0,75 dengan kriteria terjadi peningkatan tinggi setelah menggunakan media. Berdasarkan kesimpulan diatas bahwa media audio podcast narasi menggunakan aplikasi Anchor telah valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran menyimak teks fiksi kelas V MI Ar-Rohman Bangah.

This research is based on the difficulties experienced by students in learning Indonesian, especially listening to fiction texts. This is due to the fact that teachers in learning only use the lecture method and the lack of use of learning media. Therefore, the researcher conducted a media development research that aims to measure the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the narrative podcast audio learning media for learning to listen to fiction texts. This development research uses the Borg and Gall model with a six-step procedure, namely, potential problems, data collection, media design, media validation, media revision, media testing. The research subjects were students of class V MI Ar-Rohman Bangah. Validation was carried out by experts with the results of 83.3% from material experts and 84% from media experts, so the media was categorized as very valid. The practicality of the media is obtained from the results of the class teacher's response with a score of 91.6% and the student's response with a score of 96.5% this media is categorized as very practical. While the effectiveness of the media was obtained from the comparison of the pretest and posttest scores, the score obtained reached 0.75 with the criteria for an increase in height after using the media. Based on the conclusions above, the audio podcast narrative media using the Anchor application has been valid, practical, and effectively used as a learning medium for listening to fiction texts for class V MI Ar-Rohman Bangah.
