PENGARUH MODEL NHT DENGAN PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR OPERASI HITUNG BILANGAN CACAH SISWA SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Numbered Head Together (NHT) dengan pendekatan kontekstual terhadap hasil belajar operasi hitung bilangan cacah siswa SD dan untuk mengetahui respon siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan model NHT dengan pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimental Design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Panjang Jiwo I/265 Surabaya dengan subjek kelas IV. Analisis instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan analisis hasil yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji t, uji n-gain, dan perhitungan angket respon siswa. Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,961 > 2,009 dan angket respon siswa diperoleh hasil 96,92%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh model NHT dengan pendekatan kontekstual terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan respon siswa sangat positif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influences of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model with a contextual approach to the learning outcomes of elementary students' arithmetic operations and to determine student responses after being given the NHT model treatment with a contextual approach. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of research Quasi Experimental Design. The research was conducted at SDN Panjang Jiwo I/265 Surabaya with class IV subjects. Instrument analysis used validity and reliability tests, while the results analysis used were the normality test, homogeneity test, t-test, n-gain test, and student response questionnaire calculations. The results of the t-test analysis showed that tcount > ttable is 3,961 > 2,009 and the student response questionnaire obtained 96,92% results. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of the NHT model with a contextual approach to student learning outcomes and student responses are very positive.
