KEEFEKTIFAN MEDIA KARTU KATA BERGAMBAR BERBASIS HEYZINE DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN KELAS 1 SEKOLAH DASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan media kartu kata bergambar berbasis heyzine terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas 1 SDN Wonokromo 1/390 Surabaya. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  jenis  penelitian  eksperimen  dengan  pendekatan  kuantitatif  menggunakan rancangan penelitian posttest-only control design group. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 SDN Wonokromo 1/390 Surabaya. Teknik  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  yaitu  uji  validitas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ditemukan rata-rata posttest kelompok kontrol adalah 72,68 dan kelompok eksperimen adalah 82,96. Dengan selisih diantara keduanya adalah 10,28. Pada pengolahan data diperoleh nilai Sig (2 tailed) 0,003 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka, hipotesis yang diajukan diterima yakni terdapat keefektifan penggunaan media kartu kata bergambar berbasis heyzine terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan kelompok eksperimen.                                     Kata Kunci: keefektifan, media kartu kata bergambar, heyzine, membaca permulaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of heyzine-based picture word card media on the initial reading ability of grade 1 students of SDN Wonokromo 1/390 Surabaya. This research is a type of experimental research with a quantitative approach using a posttest-only control design group research design. The population of this study is grade 1 students of SDN Wonokromo 1/390 Surabaya. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, normality tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study found the average posttest of the control group was 72.68 and the experimental group was 82.96. The difference between the two is 10.28. In data processing, Sig (2 tailed) values of 0.003 < 0.05 are obtained, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is an effectiveness of using heyzine-based picture word card media on the initial reading ability of the experimental group.
