PENGEMBANGAN PROGRAM PENGUATAN KARAKTER KREATIF PADA ORGANISASI IKATAN PELAJAR MUHAMMADIYAH DI MI MUHAMMADIYAH 01 JOMBANG

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kevalidan dan keefektivan program penguatan karakter kreatif pada organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah.  Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Sample pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa yang tergabung dalam organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah. Hasil dari pengembangan program penguatan karakter kreatif diukur melalui proses uji validasi, dengan validasi ahli program dilaksanakan 3 kali berdasarkan jumlah program yaitu fun literasi dengan presentase 91,4%, upgrading 88,5% dan fun game 82,8% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Sedangkan validasi karakter kreatif  mendapat hasil presentase 87,5% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Selanjutnya uji keefektivan yang telah dilakukan pada siswa, dengan hasil fun literasi (++++), upgrading (++++), fun game (++++) dengan kriteria sangat efektif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian terdahulu masih relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan keefektivan program. Temuan yang menarik pada penelitian ini ialah mampu menimbulkan kreativitas melalui aktivitas program. Dalam bidang ilmu pendidikan karakter, pengembangan program mampu berkontribusi dalam penguatan karakter kreatif pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Pada konteks praktis, pengembangan program dapat dijadikan rekomendasi dalam rangka penguatan karakter kreatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the validity and effectiveness of a creative character reinforcement program within the Muhammadiyah Student Association. The research follows a Research and Development (R&D) approach, specifically using the ADDIE model consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants in this study are students who are part of the Muhammadiyah Student Association.The results of the program's development were assessed through validation processes. The expert validation was conducted three times, corresponding to the number of program components. The fun literacy program received a validation percentage of 91.4%, upgrading received 88.5%, and fun game received 82.8%, indicating high validity. The validation of creative character received a percentage of 87.5%, also indicating high validity. Additionally, the effectiveness of the program was evaluated among the students, and it was found to be highly effective for the fun literacy program (++++), upgrading (++++), and fun game (++++). In conclusion, the previous research findings remain applicable to the current study as demonstrated by the validation and effectiveness tests conducted on the program. The research highlighted the program's ability to foster creativity through its activities. In the field of character education, this program's development contributes to the enhancement of creative character among elementary school students. From a practical standpoint, this program's development can be recommended as an effective strategy for reinforcing creative character.
