Pengaruh Pendekatan RME terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Matematika Geometri Peserta Didik Kelas II SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendekatan RME yang diterapkan kepada peserta didik kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen. Dengan rancangan jenis Quasi experiment dan instrumen alat ukur pre-test post-test. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas II di salah satu SD di Kab. Mojokerto dengan sampel kelas IIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IIB sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan RME berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep dibuktikan dengan adanya sig. (2-tailed) yang menunjukkan nilai 0.00 < 0.05, ini berarti bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak atau ada perbedaan yang signifikan nilai antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of the RME approach is applied to class II elementary school students. This study uses quantitative research with experimental research methods. With a quasi-experimental type design and pre-test post-test measuring instruments. The population of this research is all second grade students in one of the elementary schools in Kab. Mojokerto with a sample of class IIA as the experimental class and class IIB as the control class. The results of this study indicate that the RME approach has an effect on conceptual understanding as evidenced by the sig. (2-tailed) which shows a value of 0.00 <0.05, this means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected or there is a significant difference in value between the experimental class and the control class.
