ANALISIS HAMBATAN GURU DALAM MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA SEKOLAH DASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hambatan guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka pada pembelajaran matematika serta solusi terhadap hambatan yang dialami guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan Peningkatan Ketekunan, Triangulasi Sumber dan Teknik, serta Member Check. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni hambatan yang dialami adalah rendahnya inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran serta terkendala pada pengorganisasian kelas dikarenakan diagnostik awal kurang jelas bentuk penilaiannya sehingga kebutuhan peserta didik kurang sesuai dengan fasilitas belajar. Solusi yang dilakukan yakni guru aktif mengikuti kegiatan pendampingan/pelatihan/sosialisasi berkaitan Kurikulum Merdeka, guru mengklasifikasikan peserta didik berdasarkan kemampuan, serta mengembangkan media secara mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum in learning mathematics as well as solutions to the obstacles experienced by teachers. This research is a qualitative research with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. Testing the validity of the data was carried out by increasing persistence, triangulation of sources and techniques, and member checks. The results of this study are that the obstacles experienced are low innovation in the learning process and constraints on class organization because the initial diagnostics are unclear in the form of assessment so that the needs of students are not in accordance with learning facilities. The solution is that teachers actively participate in mentoring/training/socialization activities related to the Independent Curriculum, teachers classify students based on ability, and develop media independently.
