PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE PAIRED STORYTELLING TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA SISWA KELAS V SDN 1 MENGANTI KECAMATAN GLAGAH KABUPATEN LAMONGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe paired
StoryTelling terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SDN 1 Menganti Kecamatan Glagah Kabupaten
Lamongan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Subjek penelitian kelas
eksperimen terdiri dari 6 anak dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 6 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan
yaitu non tes berupa observasi atau pengamatan lapangan dan teknik tes berupa video atau audio. Dari Hasil
Nilai N-Gain kelas kontrol diketahui sebesar 0,76 sedangkan nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,81.
Oleh karena itu, nilai sig yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000 yaitu kurang dari 0,05. Sehingga, dapat diambil
kesimpulan bahwa data termasuk signifikan dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pula. Maka dengan jelas
Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe paired
storytelling berpengaruh pada keterampilan berbicara siswa.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning model type paired storytelling on speaking
skills of fifth grade students of SDN 1 Menganti, Glagah District, Lamongan Regency. The type of research
used is experimental research. The research subjects of the experimental class consisted of 6 children and
the control class amounted to 6 children. The data collection technique used is non-test in the form of
observation or field observation and test techniques in the form of video or audio. From the results, the NGain value of the control class is known to be 0.76 while the N-Gain value of the experimental class is 0.81.
Therefore, the sig value obtained is 0.000 which is less than 0.05. So, it can be concluded that the data is
significant and there is a significant difference as well. Then clearly Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can
be concluded that the paired storytelling cooperative learning model has an effect on students' speaking
skills.
